Our passion for storytelling
Based in New York City and San Francisco, Tessanella and Xander specialize in crafting compelling video content that resonates with both individual clients and leading brands.
Partners in both life and business since 2019, they bring a dynamic blend of creativity, technical skill, and strategic thinking to every project.
With a background in the industry dating back to 2014, Xander leads on camera operation, production technology, and performance coaching. But his work extends beyond filmmaking—he collaborates with The Children’s National Hospital in Washington, DC, using virtual reality to improve the lives of children battling cancer, along with being a professional actor whose credits include HBO Max and CBS.
Tessanella oversees marketing, operations, and design. Her work is rooted in storytelling and systems, ensuring each project runs smoothly and meaningfully connects with its audience.
She also supports national advocacy efforts at a women’s foundation and was one of only two fellows accepted into the prestigious Costume Design Fellowship at The American Conservatory Theater in 2014.
Originally from California, the duo now calls Bushwick, Brooklyn home. Whether they’re behind the lens or deep in pre-production, Tessanella and Xander are known for their fun, collaborative spirit, artistic integrity, and thoughtful approach to visual storytelling.
